The ethos of Peacehaven is a Christian one, and residents are encouraged to attend their place of worship. There is no discrimination on grounds of class or creed. Residents participate willingly in morning devotions or 'Fellowship Night' which is a very lively time of worship held twice a month.

Peacehaven is administered by a group of committed Christians called Peacehaven Trust Limited, who seek to provide a happy Christian home for people with an intellectual disability.

Peacehaven is supported by the Health Service Executive Dublin Mid Leinster, donations from well wishers and Charitable Trusts.

The prayers of friends of the charity are fundamental to its growth. The Board of Management acknowledge with gratitude God's leading and protection in the work of the Trust.
